Art for Others

The Lord Jesus started to speak about painting images that would speak about Him. A few months later we saw prophetic art and so we went on courses to learn more. The Holy Spirit gave us ideas and images to create and some have been included in the Art Gallery. You can ask the Lord what He wants to show you in a picture, or you can ask Him what He wants to say to someone else through one.

How to give a prophetic word to others using art:

If you have a number of pieces of art available you can ask someone to choose the one they feel drawn to. If they are a believer you can ask them to ask Holy Spirit which one does He want to speak to them through.

Once they have chosen, ask the Lord what He wants to say to them through it. Look at the art and say what you see for them. You can use the meanings of colours and see which ones resonate with what the Lord is saying, for instance, white can mean purity and the painting they have chosen could be of a pure white horse.

At the end, pray with them, thanking the Lord for what He has revealed and asking Him to do what He has said, and if any words are not from Him that they would fall away and be nullified so only His Word remains.

Remember that prophecy is for the building up and encouragement of the person. Jesus is always kind and positive.
